A Quick Spirit Box Session That Leaves More Questions Than Answers - A Review

"Get me set," the spirit box says as I begin to set the box down on the table. I didn't hear this response in real time. While reviewing this session, I knew right away it was going to be a good one. I was using my new Hultay Paranormal TR-604 Ghost Box, which had been getting some crazy responses so far. Soon after I got the box set and adjusted the camera to my liking, a voice comes through and says my name, "Alex". I hear this response real time, and answer back, "Yeah?" Then, a female voice comes through and says, "Clear". This has happened before at the beginning of another session with the Hultay box, and with a female voice as well. It's as if they like how "Clear" the box sounds.

The next string of words comes through very quick. "Gotta help me", "I got flashed up", "Zombies". The first two phrases make me think of an alien abduction, but the word zombies confused me. The whole thing confused me honestly. At least we can add zombies to the list of spooky words that come through in my sessions. Ghosts, phantoms, devils, and now zombies.

I ask, "Can you hear me?" only to be answered back with a clear, "Seven" and "Here's a deal". If you follow my work, you already know about Seven, but if you don't then check this out: SEVEN, otherwise be on the lookout for blog posts about Seven which will be coming eventually. There's a lot to be said about the subject, but we will save that for another day.

After a moment of just voice-empty scan noises, we hear some strange mumbling come through the box. After the mumbling a timid sounding voice comes through and says, "Yeah... Built it." I respond by asking, "What did he build?" Then we get one of those responses that gives me chills. "It knows". Like I've said in previous blog posts, the spirits keep referring to something as "It" or "Thing". It makes me think of an inhuman entity, but hopefully that's just a thought and nothing more. I probably let my imagination run wild with these sessions, but I am just documenting my thoughts and interpretation of them. I also have to say that the voice that says, "It knows" is a creepy one.

Next, the word "Scam" comes through followed by the name "Jason". When I ask who Jason is, there is a faint voice that comes through saying, "Just help us." Some other things are said that I can't make out. I decide to speed up the sweep rate and continue the session. As I turn the knob for the sweep speed, a voice comes through and says, "Not too much." I do not hear this response in real time.

"Seven" is said again. Then, a male voice comes through and says, "My neck hurts." Following that, a number is said that has been coming up in recent sessions: "Twenty-eight". I don't know what this number means yet, but it has been said before, including in our Estes method session which I share a clip from in this video. I need to ask more about the number and see what I get. Directly after "Twenty-eight", a voice comes through and says, "Eight". I am unsure if they are speaking of two separate numbers, "Twenty" and "Eight", or one number of "Twenty-eight". I will be sure to ask more about these numbers in future sessions to see what responses I get.

The next few things that come through don't make much sense, as I near the end of the session. I wasn't hearing much real-time. The word "Dead" comes through towards the end of the video, and for some reason I shift gears and ask if Buddy is there. I get a really cool response saying, "I'm close enough". I ended the video here because I wasn't hearing much in the moment. After reviewing the session, I was left with more questions than answers. Seems to be a recurring theme lately.

It's sessions like these that remind me that just because you aren't hearing much in real-time, doesn't mean you aren't capturing relevant or unique responses. Like I have said on other posts, it's important to get to know your boxes and how they sound while being recorded. It's important to adjust volume, sweep speed, and distance from the recording device to get the clearest responses you can hope for. The only way to achieve this is by performing sessions often and making changes as you go. Experiment often, and you will find the sweet spot for each device.

Anyway, thank you for watching, listening, and reading. Be on the lookout for more blog posts like this, and more videos on the YouTube
